Our shipping provider is Auspost for Australian deliveries.
Please allow 1-2 Business Days for order processing.
Express orders must be placed before 3pm to be processed that day, please note Auspost will collect the following business day.
Once orders are dispatched with Auspost all deliveries are out of our control. For any issues or queries please contact us via email or Auspost directly on 13 76 78.
To ensure the safety of your delivery ensure you provide a secure address for the courier to safely deliver your parcel.

Economy Air - $12AUD (Free over $100)
With Tracking - $16AUD

DHL International Shipping - $20AUD.
Auspost Economy Air - $20AUD (no Tracking)

Please note that any taxes or import fees that may incur with the order will be at your own cost. Lilly Glam are not liable for any extra charges that may occur with your countries import laws. Please ensure you are aware of your countries import regulations before ordering.

Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy
Return must be done within 10 days of purchase.
To make a return request please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number and reason for return. We will reply within 1-2 business days with the return address.
Please note that return shipping costs will be at your own expense as shipping on your original order is non-refundable.
Once we receive your return and accept the condition of the lashes your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
*note that if your lashes are no longer in their original condition, due to hygiene reasons your request for return will be declined.
*Due to COVID-19 no returns will be accepted due to hygiene reasons.
